Greenhouse gas reach record high in 2011

On 20 November, the United Nations cast a chill among green activists. Communicating on its latest set of statistics for 2011, it announced that greenhouse gas emissions reached a record high in 2011.

This is in spite of continuous efforts by environmental organisations, reserachers and authorities — especially at EU level — to curb global warming...
